Santé Wine Bar's refresh focused on elevating the overall website aesthetic to be more sophisticated yet welcoming, while also clarifying the site’s purpose and guiding visitors toward key actions. User pathways were created for joining the monthly wine club, inquiring about or booking private events, and viewing food, drink, and wine menus. The redesign also better communicates the owners’ deep wine knowledge and thoughtfully curated selections, resulting in a site that feels confident, approachable, and aligned with the experience offered in person.

The Onboard
During our discovery call, we will discuss the project and your goals for the website. After the call, I’ll provide a detailed proposal containing the project scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing, and payment terms. Once the proposal is accepted, the planning and design phase will officially begin.

The Design
This phase will take place in stages, during which your feedback will be collected throughout to confirm the design is exactly how you like it. We will be using Workflow.design to more efficiently keep track of updates and streamline the feedback process for a highly collaborative approach.

The Launch
When you’re happy with the design, we’ll launch your new website. To ensure a smooth transition, I’ll then record and share a comprehensive training video specific to your site. Additionally, you’ll receive 30 days of free email support to address any post-launch questions you may have.
