Every project follows three clear phases:

1. The Onboard: We kick things off with a free discovery call to talk through your business, your goals, and your vision for the site. From there, I'll send over a detailed proposal covering scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing.

2. The Design: Once the proposal is accepted and initial deposit is paid, the project will officially begin. The design phase takes place in stages, with feedback collected throughout to ensure the website is aligned with your goals and moving in the right direction.

3. The Launch: When you’re happy with the design, we’ll launch your new website. You’ll also receive recorded training videos about how to use your specific site, along with 30 days of free email support to answer any post-launch questions.

Most projects are completed within 2 to 4 weeks from onboard to launch, though exact timelines depend on the scope of the project, how readily available the website content is, and how quickly feedback is provided at each stage. Having your written copy, images, and brand guidelines ready from the start will certainly keep the project moving forward efficiently.

Ideally, you'll have your written website copy, images, logo, and other brand assets ready before the project begins. However, if you don't have everything yet, that's completely fine. We can still connect, discuss the project, and determine what you'll need before your scheduled start date.

Yes. I specialize in Squarespace web design, so I can redesign and migrate the content of your current website to Squarespace.

This can be a good option for businesses that want a more streamlined website that's easier to manage internally. I will handle the redesign, content migration, URL redirects (if any), domain connection, and launch process to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

Absolutely. Squarespace's user-friendly editor makes it easy to handle routine updates yourself, including changing text, replacing images, adding pages, publishing blog posts, and more.

To make the handover as smooth as possible, I'll also provide personalized training videos at the end of the project, along with 30 days of post-launch email support for any questions that come up.

No problem. If you'd rather not manage updates yourself, I'm available for ongoing website maintenance, updates, and edits after the initial project is complete. Support can be provided at my hourly rate or through a retainer arrangement, depending on your needs. Happy to discuss options during our initial discovery call.

While my project fee is a one-time payment, Squarespace requires an active subscription to launch and keep your website live. Squarespace has several subscription plans to choose from, and each option offers different levels of features. The choice of plan will depend on the scope of the project and your goals for the website.

You may also have separate ongoing costs for your domain name or any premium third-party tools or integrations used on the site.

A 50% deposit will be required to start the project and secure a spot in my calendar. Once the project is complete and the final design is approved, the remaining 50% balance will be due prior to website handover.
