1. The Onboard: We kick things off with a free discovery call to talk through your business, your goals, and your vision for the site. From there, I'll send over a detailed proposal covering scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing.

2. The Design: Once the proposal is accepted and initial deposit paid, the project will officially begin. The design phase will take place in stages, during which your feedback will be collected throughout to ensure the design is exactly how you like it.

3. The Launch: When you’re happy with the design, we’ll launch your new website. You’ll also receive recorded training videos about how to use your specific site, along with 30 days of free email support to answer any post-launch questions.

A 50% deposit will be required to start the project and secure a spot in my calendar. When the project is complete and you are happy with your website, the remaining 50% balance will be due prior to website handover.

While my project fee is a one-time payment, Squarespace requires an active subscription to launch and keep your website live. The choice of plan will depend on the scope and goals for the website. Of these options, the most common subscription plan is the annual Core (Business) Plan. Squarespace also offers additional subscription options for e-commerce, scheduling, and email campaigns. If you don't yet have a domain, all annual Squarespace plans include one free domain for the first year. After that, there is a yearly domain renewal cost.
