Website, logo, visual identity, marketing collateral, and social media design for the specialized recruitment and consulting firm. In keeping with a theme of exploration and discovery, which is inherent in the business of recruiting, visuals of a compass and lighthouse were used throughout. The nautical color palette was chosen from an association between a literal ocean and an “ocean” of recruitment candidates navigating their way through the job search.
