Fail Smarter needed a new, professional website that clearly communicates their psychological safety and failure consulting services. The focus was on a polished, approachable, and uncluttered design that’s easy to navigate, with a strong emphasis on their 4-step Fail Smarter Framework brought to life through a custom visual diagram. A simple, user-friendly contact form was also incorporated into the website so leaders and teams can easily reach out and get started.

I absolutely LOVE my new website! Before we began the project, I told Dan that I really liked crisp, clean, and uncluttered design, and that's exactly what Dan delivered ... I am beyond pleased with the site! The site is a perfect blend of form and function. The design is really beautiful, and the layout/placement of the various elements, i.e., copy, images, or graphics, is just perfect. I really can't say enough ... I wanted a website for my new consultancy I could be proud of, and I am more than proud of the website Dan designed. Dan told me near the beginning of our working together he wanted to deliver something like a 10-star customer experience. Well, he didn't ... he delivered a 12- or a 15-star experience!
He was just great to work with. One thing I hate when I hire someone is feeling as if I have to chase after them for a simple question or something more important, and I never had to do that with Dan. Dan is an all-star communicator who always responded back to my questions, etc. in an incredibly timely manner (I am pretty fast at responding to clients, but I think Dan may even have me beat!). And he was great to collaborate with. He was very creative himself, but always open to my suggestions and website feedback. And he went out of his way to help get the site live...
There are a lot of designers out there, but not every designer has that "flare", that true talent for great design. Dan does ... and he makes the process of working with him so seamless, from beginning to end. I would absolutely and without hesitation recommend Dan's services to others ... he's a fantastic designer who makes the process so easy and seamless. Trust me, I've used a good number of designers in my life/career, and Dan is one of the best I've worked with!

The Onboard
During our discovery call, we will discuss the project and your goals for the website. After the call, I’ll provide a detailed proposal containing the project scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing, and payment terms. Once the proposal is accepted, the planning and design phase will officially begin.

The Design
This phase will take place in stages, during which your feedback will be collected throughout to confirm the design is exactly how you like it. We will be using Workflow.design to more efficiently keep track of updates and streamline the feedback process for a highly collaborative approach.

The Launch
When you’re happy with the design, we’ll launch your new website. To ensure a smooth transition, I’ll then record and share a comprehensive training video specific to your site. Additionally, you’ll receive 30 days of free email support to address any post-launch questions you may have.
